Gangtok Tour Package 3 Nights / 4 Days

· Air Fare / Train fare.

· Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), porterage.

· Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

· Entrance Fees & Guide charges.

· Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, roadblockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

· Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

· Room Heater Charges.

· Insurance.

·Anything which is not included in the inclusion.

1st Payment: 50% - at the time of Booking (Booking date before 30 days 75% of Totla Cost)

2nd & 3rd Payment as per Invoice

For Booking Flight Ticket we charge 100% amount.

Our Cancellation Policy:

• Before 15 days to the departure : Rs. 500/- Per Person

• From 15 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost

• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost

• From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost

• 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
